Reference Guide App:

This is a reference guide app you can download to your cell phone and/or tablet.  I love being able to look up info about an oil, find out more about usage for different life situations, get recipes, application tips, and more.  Just hold your finger down on the QR code or copy the link into your web browser to access.  It's $8.99/year, and well worth it to have this info with you all the time!




Wellness Assessment, Education, and Sharing app:

Lifesteps is a fantastic educational app.  There are articles about the products you bought, and others that might be of value as well.  I recommend doing the wellness assessment, and checking out the educational courses with this.  Just hold your finger down on the QR code or copy the link into your web browser to access.  This app is free for customers.  :)




Exclusive Resources and Education

The Well-Oiled Home Vault is a wonderful way to get on-demand education from our team of YL educators.  There are recipes, giveaways, and a calendar of live classes to attend as well.  I've already requested access for you.  All you need to do is set up a password for yourself and download the app.

MEMBER MOVED TO APPROPRIATE TEAM​
All member moves must be done within 30 days of enrollment, and to qualify for the calendar month commissions, it must be requested by 11:59pm Mountain time. 

THERE ARE 3 WAYS TO DO A MEMBER MOVE:

1.  Within 5 days of enrollment:  You can use Live Chat to request a sponsor and enroller change.

2.  Within 30 days of enrollment using the 30-day New Member Placement form in the Virtual office.  

3.  By sending an email to resolutions@youngliving.com.  Use the format below to ensure efficient member moves:

For member (Your Name), (Your member number).  Pin (Your 4 digit pin)

Please move the following member:

New member name, member number to have New sponsor name, member number as their sponsor.  Leave me as the enroller.

CHANGE ADDRESS/PAYMENT INFO IF IT WAS A FLIP KIT
You will need to call in to customer service (1-800-371-3515) to correct the address and payment information for the account.  They will ask you for the new members account number and pin.  You can look up their account number in your virtual office.  The default pin is 0000.  

Have them change the address to theirs.  If needed, remove the payment information as well.  (This might require cancelling future loyalty rewards orders temporarily)
FUTURE LOYALTY ORDERS
Reach out to your new customer and help guide them through setting up future loyalty rewards orders.

You can use this graphic to share so they understand how Loyalty rewards works:
For the maximum benefits, we recommend using Young Livings "subscribe and save" program called Loyalty rewards.  It doesn't cost you anything, and they reward you for ordering something monthly.  You can change your order as often as you like (I change mine almost every month).  They send you free gifts with your order, and add points to an account that you can use for free products.  Last year, you could get as much as $1400 in free gifts on top of the points earned.
ADDED TO COMMUNICATIONS LISTS (TEXT/EMAIL)​
If you do your own text or communication using a contact manager, add them to your lists.  

If you want to make sure you don't forget to invite people to online or in-person events, it's a good idea to add a word into the notes in your contact info on your phone for that person.  Some common words to add could be:

  • Monthly Promos
  • In-Person Invite
  • Online Invite
  • Sales
Then you can search in your contacts for the relevant word and the people with that in the notes will be the only ones listed.  (You can also do this for potential customers!)
