Log in at www.youngliving.com
Click on My Account in the top right corner (three bars top left corner of phone)
Then click Virtual Office.
You will see a box like this partway down the page:
CONTACT THOSE WITH UNPROCESSED LOYALTY ORDERS​
In the virtual office, go to MY ORGANIZATION

You will then see the Downline Viewer screen.  There is a tab next to it that says "Reports". Click this and then scroll down and choose the one that says "Missing Current Month Loyalty Order"

This will pull up every person in your organization whose Loyalty Order did not process for the current month.
MEMBER MOVES
All member moves must be done within 30 days of enrollment, and to qualify for the calendar month commissions, it must be requested by 11:59pm Mountain time. 

THERE ARE 3 WAYS TO DO A MEMBER MOVE:

1.  Within 5 days of enrollment:  You can use Live Chat to request a sponsor and enroller change.

2.  Within 30 days of enrollment using the 30-day New Member Placement form in the Virtual office.  

3.  By sending an email to resolutions@youngliving.com.  Use the format below to ensure efficient member moves:

For member (Your Name), (Your member number).  Pin (Your 4 digit pin)

Please move the following member:

New member name, member number to have New sponsor name, member number as their sponsor.  Leave me as the enroller.

1.  Make sure they have their 100 PV shop or loyalty order processed so they qualify for their commissions.  (Enrollment bonuses do not require 100 PV order, all other commissions do)

2.  For those ranking at Executive or higher (including yourself), double check your qualifying numbers (legs, OGV, PGV, etc...)
